Live In The Moment!

My Mantra "You Cant Change The Past, You Have No Idea What's Going To Happen, So Take One Day at A Time, One Problem At A Time!"

Well I think I cracked it, all I have to do is say that to myself and everything will be alright. I don't think so.! When I get anxious and stressed I take a deep breathe say to myself hold on a minute and break that statement down.

I really cant change what's happened, I really don't have a crystal ball. Live in the moment and deal with each issue as it arises. I have to keep saying this to myself until I believe it. Until logic takes over and I go right, what's the issue?

I break it down one issue at a time and sort it out in my head. It has been my saving grace. I once heard an analogy "I want to take my brain out and wash it" Those words out of the mouth of a child. Wow that's exactly what anxiety feels like. Putting order to your thoughts, taking time to breathe and living in the moment is what makes me tick. The down side is time is flying.
